Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. General Information

These general terms and conditions of sale govern the purchase of products offered on the e-commerce website of our company. By placing an order, the user fully accepts these terms and conditions.

2. Products and Availability

All products displayed on the website are described as accurately as possible. However, availability may vary at any time. In case the ordered product is unavailable, the customer will be promptly notified and may choose between a replacement, a voucher, or a full refund.

3. Prices and Payments

Prices are listed in Euros and, unless otherwise specified, include VAT only for domestic shipments. VAT is not applied to international shipments. Payment can be made using the methods available on the website: credit card, bank transfer, or other secure electronic systems.

4. Shipping

Shipments are made via selected express couriers. Delivery times vary depending on the destination. The customer will receive a tracking number once the package has been shipped.

5. International Shipping and Customs Duties

All purchases made through our website for delivery to foreign countries are calculated without VAT. Once the package has been shipped, any taxes, customs duties, or additional charges will be the sole responsibility of the customer and will depend on the regulations of the destination country.

6. Customized Products

For customized orders made according to the customer's specifications (e.g. engravings, bespoke settings, requested designs), exchanges or returns are not allowed once the product has been delivered, as these are custom-made items.

This condition is established by Article 59, letter (c) of the Italian Consumer Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Customers are therefore advised to review all order details carefully before confirming.

7. Right of Withdrawal (for non-customized products)

In accordance with Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Consumer Code), customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without needing to provide any reason, provided that the item is standard and not customized. The product must be returned intact and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

8. Legal Warranty

All products are covered by a legal warranty for any manufacturing defects that appear within 24 months of delivery. Defects must be reported within 2 months of discovery.

9. Limitation of Liability

The company shall not be held liable for delays or failures in delivery due to force majeure, unforeseeable circumstances, or causes beyond its control.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions are governed by Italian law. For any disputes, the competent court will be that of the consumer's residence or domicile, if located within the Italian territory. In all other cases, the competent court will be that of Torre del Greco (NA), Italy.
